Your Perfect Camping Companion -- A Bed Bandits Topper!

Summer begins on June 20 of this year, and while we here in California have basically had mostly summer weather for over four years, it's still great to enjoy those sun-drenched days, warm nights and all the traditions that come with it.

Now, we get a lot of people that hear the Bed Bandits story and ask us, "Are your toppers just for dorm rooms?" And to that we simply reply, "Heck no!"

Our toppers are perfect for a number of different circumstances in which you're going to be needing a good night's sleep, like crashing at a friend's place or having a discreet way to sneak in a lunch time nap under your desk and go undetected.

What does this have to do with summer, you ask? Easy -- our toppers are also great for camping!

Anyone who has stayed a few nights under the stars and gazed up at the wonders of the cosmos while a fire crackles away knows that sleep can be one of the only unpleasant things about camping (though it can get a little rough if you don't figure out your tent). You're bound to pitch your tent right on top of several particularly sharp rocks, and the ground has been packed down by so much traffic it's basically asphalt.

Cots can help with this, of course, but there's not a lot of support in cots. They're a step up from the floor (literally and figuratively), but who's looking out for your sleep if you're on a cot?
