What are the benefits of Latex?

Why do the mattress toppers have bands?

Our team specially designed bands that would hold the toppers in place once they are bound to the mattress. This prevents the common frustration people experience when toppers without bands slip off the mattress.

Are Your Mattress Toppers Breathable?

Latex does not hold heat like other foams. In addition, our covers are engineered to be breathable and allow air ventilation. Many other toppers sleep hot, but we have taken the necessary steps to ensure that our toppers do not.

Our natural organic covers on the Hibernation and Coma covers are made of Organic Cotton European Stretch Knits quilted to Organic Natural Wool. Wool breathes well and on a hot night it will wick away a third its weight in moisture. Dust-mites don't like wool. Wool springs back to its natural shape. We don't use any poly-foam in our covers because it breaks down in 4 or 5 years, it sucks in dust and moisture, and it doesn't breath.

How much is shipping and how long does it take for my order to ship out? (For U.S.A. orders)

Once you place an item in your cart you can view your shipping cost by navigating to the cart and entering your zip code. Orders placed before 12 pm pacific standard time will be shipped out in 1-2 business days.After it has left our facility you will receive a UPS tracking number and your package will take between 1-6 days to arrive at your doorstep depending on your location. Why is a Latex Mattress Topper So Expensive?

It is expensive because it is pure latex rubber, and it is the best latex foam bedding available. It is very unlike polyurethane, which is a plastic and much cheaper and lighter than latex foam. Because this product lasts longer, it really isn't more expensive in the long run.

How Are the Natural Mattress Toppers Fire Resistant?

The covers on the Natural Mattress Toppers are made with wool, which is a natural fire barrier.

Will a standard twin fitted sheet or a mattress protector fit over both a twin mattress and the topper together?

Our DreamFit twin fitted sheets and mattress protector will fit over both a standard twin mattress and topper together. The DreamFit fitted sheet and mattress protector are 15 inches deep.  

Where do you get the shredded latex from that you use to fill the Knockout Mattress Topper and Latex Adjust-a-Pillow?

Bed Bandits works closely with FloBeds, the custom latex mattress store. We take their unused extra latex cutoffs and shred them into small pieces. We take extra unused latex that FloBeds does not need and recycle it to create our plush Knockout Topper and Latex Adjust-a-Pillow.

How Long Do Your Toppers Last

Latex is extremely durable. Your topper will last between 4-10 years depending on the style you purchase. Unlike other foams, latex does not take your shape so flipping or turning of the topper is not needed.

What if I want my Bed Bandit shipped to my college before school starts?

Not a problem! Upon purchase, write the dorm address as your shipping address or write in the comments section the school and dorm room address along with the optimal arrival date and we will deliver it there for you.

How do I know which size mattress topper to order for my college dorm bed?

Most college dorm beds are Twin XL. However, we have found in some cases they have been regular Twin. Here are some suggestions to verify what size the dorm room mattress will be: contact the college’s housing or residence life, check the “What to Bring Page” on the college website, your Housing Packet, or simply do a Google search.

Will my mattress topper last all four years of school?

Our Mattress toppers are most definitely built to last you during your time at school. They are all made from high quality materials and everything is made by hand, by us here in Northern California. We recommend you carry the product not by the elastic straps, as the toppers do weigh between 20-30 lbs. Our talalay latex is very comfortable as well as durable and will help you get a good night's sleep.

What is the return policy?

The Sleep Tight Promise: We know you will love your Bed Bandits products, but if something is not perfect for you just ship it back for free and we will give you a full refund. 

We have a 30 day return (full refund) or exchange policy. To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in the same condition and boxes that you received it in. Sheets and mattress protectors must be in the original packaging.

What is the cancellation policy?

You may cancel your order within the first 24 hours that your order has been placed. 

Where do I enter my Promotional Code?

Once you have entered your billing address, on the next page you can enter your promotional code for your discount/offering while it is still valid.

Do you ship to Canada?

Yes! Shipping to Canada is not a problem. Also, if you are attending SAIT PolyTechnic you will receive free shipping through the Bed Bandits and SAIT partnership (contact us if you did not receive an email from SAIT PolyTechnic with the free shipping code).
